Holly Johnson's Milestone
The Beatles
"Born in Liverpool in 1960, just a stone's throw from Penny Lane, I grew up in an atmosphere of Beatlemania. My sister had Beatles wallpaper in her room and my brother had a Beatles hat. I remember, when I was six or seven, my brother brought home the "Sergeant Pepper" LP. Listening to "She's Leaving Home" made me cry: I suppose that in many respects, it was the first record to have a real emotional effect on me."
Wooden triptych containing original paintings and collage with Beatles era memorabilia, 21" x 42" x 3". Signed Holly Johnson on each canvas.
